Bayar has recently founded TomYo, an edtech company whose mission is to enable youth in emerging markets to have better and affordable access to quality education. TomYo is achieving its mission by building a mobile-based marketplace where experts and mentors share domain knowledge and skills.
Bayar is a serial entrepreneur, who has previously co-founded multiple startups including BizNetwork.mn, a well-known recruitment platform, and LendMN, a mobile based lending service. Before that, he worked as a product manager for global tech companies like Amazon and Dell in Seattle. He got his bachelor's degree in computer engineering from Ege University in Turkey, and got his MBA from the University of Washington, USA.
