LIFE is a Colorado Springs, Colorado-based organization providing support services for entrepreneurs from ideation and launch, to growth, scaling, and exit. He is also the COO of Terraseis, an oil and gas seismic exploration company, based in Calgary Canada and operating across the Middle East.
Previously, Michael founded and ran McCausland Associates International (MAI) LLC, a consulting company focused on providing end-to-end solutions for strategy development and organizational alignment coupled with change management and culture transformation practices to over 50% of the operating nuclear plants in the US. His previous licensing by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to operate and manage commercial nuclear power plants gave him operational insights and practical application few other consultants had. Michael also specialized in training design, development and delivery along with the incorporation of accelerated learning and advanced teaching techniques.
As a serial entrepreneur, Michael launched and ran a diverse range of for-profit companies and non-profit organizations. His desire to help others lead to the launch of a non-profit organization that worked in over 150 countries training others in disaster preparedness and how to launch and grow businesses. Michael’s love for learning led him to MIT where he became one of 33 in the world certified to teach the MIT systematic approach to entrepreneurship. The LIFE whole product solution and ecosystem development initiatives includes training and equipping, coaching and mentoring, community networking, and access to startup and growth funding.
