Unleash Academy signs memorandum of understanding of strategic partnership with Sinapis Group to impact 1000 entrepreneurs in Mongolian community around the world in next 5 years
Unleash Academy, an entrepreneurship accelerator and a community developer, and Sinapis Group, a business accelerator headquartered in the USA, have signed a memorandum of understanding for strategic partnership to train entrepreneurs and build startups that can create jobs, reduce poverty and make significant contributions to the local economy.
Unleash’s mission is to help build healthy and effective leaders, teams, companies through our Summit, events, leadership academy, entrepreneurship academy, accelerator program, contents, executive coaching, global mentorship networks and global investors. It has been established with the ultimate goal of “serving” the society, empowering entrepreneurs, building long-term socially responsible and highly ethical businesses, creating jobs and reducing poverty. Last October, Unleash Network successfully organized the UNLEASH SUMMIT 2020 Entrepreneurship and Leadership virtual conference which gathered more than 300 Mongolian entrepreneurs from 20+ countries and 50+ cities around the world.
The Sinapis’ passion is small and growing businesses (SGBs) typically with 5 to 250 employees because these companies fuel the economy and account for 67-80% of new job growth. Their success goes far beyond the entrepreneur and brings employment and dignity to their community. The Sinapis has the vision to create 10,000 startups by 2022. With the vision of creating 10,000 startups by 2022, the organization has expanded its operations in about 10 developing countries in Africa and South America over the past 10 years, training about 4,000 entrepreneurs, raising $30 million for its alumni and creating about 7,000 jobs.

In partnership with Sinapis, Unleash Academy offers the Aspire 2-month startup fundamental program, and an intensive, 4-month MBA alternative designed to accelerate training for entrepreneurs with businesses in the seed stage to the growth stage. Fast Track Accelerator, the program for the graduates will include one-on-one mentorship from a leader in your industry as well as from industry experts as well as opportunities and access to startup contests, international alumni network, and investment capital. Its programs are executive-level training and developed in partnership with Acton School of Business’ MBA program, which was designed for entrepreneurs by entrepreneurs. The program curriculums are integrated with real-life insights from our experience at Harvard, PricewaterhouseCoopers, McKinsey & Company, and Ernst & Young; and it is now possible to implement them in Mongolia.
In developing countries like ours with high social problems, it is important that many innovative startups be created to solve social and economical problems. In the next a few years, we are looking forward to contributing towards the entrepreneurship ecosystem in Mongolia by leveraging our outside resources and hope to create more jobs and grow the country's economy significantly.
